Class Descriptions
Power Flow
A dynamic and athletic Vinyasa-style class that emphasizes strength, flexibility, and stamina. Expect a challenging, breath-centered practice that builds towards more advanced versions of hand balances, deeper backbends, and inversions such as handstand. Modifications and alternatives will be offered.
Slow Flow
Unwind and reconnect, this class is designed to help you cultivate mindful movement and inner calm. This gentle yet powerful practice focuses on holding poses for longer durations, allowing you to explore deeper stretches and build sustained strength.
You'll move gracefully from one posture to the next, synchronized with your breath. Our instructors guide you through a sequence that emphasizes alignment, stability, and subtle body awareness. It's the perfect way to release tension, increase flexibility, and foster a profound sense of peace.
Active Recovery + Mobility
This dynamic mobility class is designed to enhance range of motion, encourage flexibility, improve balance, and refine coordination. Through a blend of guided stretches, functional movement patterns, and stability exercises, you'll increase range of motion, build body awareness, and support injury prevention. Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just want to move better and feel stronger, this class will help you stay agile, mobile, and ready for anything life throws your way.
Barre
Set to energizing playlists, this class features high reps of small, sculpting movements inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Please bring a thick Pilates style mat and barre socks. Barre socks available for purchase at the Studio. Class is limited to 14 people.
Body Fit
Jumpstart your fitness with a high-energy class focusing on strength training and cardio. This full-body workout includes traditional strength training with weights to build lean muscle combined with cardio bursts and plyometrics. All fitness levels welcome with modifications and progressions offered throughout. Please bring your indoor-only shoes and a mat.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a mat, using only your body weight as resistance. It emphasizes controlled, precise movements, deep core engagement, and intentional breathwork to strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve posture, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes focus on developing a strong core and fostering a deep mind-body connection.
Cardio Hip Hop
This class brings the fun to your fitness! Set to a mix of new and classic hip hop and R&B, it's designed to get you moving and keep you smiling. Each session includes a full-body stretch, core work, and resistance and weight training. Expect to raise your heart rate, rack up the steps (and squats), and have a blast while doing it. Please bring indoor shoes suitable for movement.
Zumba
You are invited to a dance party! Let your sassy self shine! It's all about having fun and moving your body. Get a full body dance based workout set to world music mixed with some pop favs. Anyone who wants to dance is welcome! Please wear indoor-only gym shoes.
Body Fusion
A blend of strength and low-impact cardio combined with concepts from Pilates and barre. Body Fusion delivers a full-body workout that tones, sculpts, and strengthens. Using high-rep, low-impact movements with light weights and bodyweight, this class builds lean muscle, boosts endurance, and improves core stability and posture. All fitness levels welcome with options to modify or intensify.
